Dry air
Pleasant environment in apartments and offices is dependent mainly on air temperature and humidity. The recommended relative humidity is 40 to 60 %. In winter, however, the relative humidity drops even below 20 %, which is comparable to desert humidity.

How does dry air harm?
What does a low humidity level actually cause? Particles of dust, bacteria, viruses, feces of mites, which are normally captured by the nasal mucosa and exhaled back, due to dry air, which reduces the natural defences, get to the lungs.
This overloads the immune system and, due to the drying of the mucous membranes, disrupts the body's natural defences.. This unnecessarily exposes us to the risk of infection and various diseases.
Methods Humidification
Cold evaporation
This method is based on the natural principle of water evaporation in nature. The filter paper absorbs water and the fan is used to direct the flow of dry air through these filters.
Ultrasound
The vibrating membrane (piezo) uses ultrasonic technology to decompose the water into micro droplets, which are then dispersed into the air by means of a fan, where they evaporate.
Heat evaporation
his method is based on the natural principle of water evaporation in nature. The filter paper absorbs water and the fan is used to direct the flow of dry air through these filters.
Don't know what humidity you have at home?
If you are not sure if your problems are caused by low humidity, it is definitely worth buying the earliest room humidity meter. It costs only a fraction of what the humidifier itself and it will tell you immediately if your household is a suitable candidate for a humidifier.
Humidification without a humidifier?
You may find that you are already humidifying the air with a damp cloth or vessel on a heater. It works maximally as a dust trap and seedbed of bacteria, but the air humidity remains practically unchanged. To increase the humidity in the room for at least a moment, at least a few liters of water must evaporate into the air.. And you would wait quite a long time at the heater.
